V-tron takes your privacy very seriously and will process and use information about you (the data subject) in a secure manner. In this Privacy Statement, we explain to you what data we process and for what purpose. In addition, you can read in this Privacy Statement about your rights in relation to our processing of your personal data. We advise you to read this Privacy Statement carefully. Who is V-tron?
V-tron is the private limited company V-tron B.V., with its registered office at (7418 BG) Deventer, Swedenstraat 8A-22, registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 08159110.
V-tron is the data controller with respect to the processing of your personal data by V-tron.

How do we obtain your personal data?
V-tron holds data about you because you have provided it to us.
What are your rights?
Under the European General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights regarding your data and its processing:
Inspection
If you would like to see your personal data recorded about you at V-tron, you can make a request for inspection.
Change
If you wish to make changes to personal data that you have seen as a result of a review request and that you cannot change yourself in your account, you can make a request to V-tron. You may request that V-tron amend, correct, supplement, delete or block your data.
Restriction of processing
You also have the right, subject to conditions, to request V-tron to restrict the processing of your personal data.
Right of objection
If any particular processing is based on the ‘legitimate interest’ of V-tron or a third party, you have the right to object to that processing.
Data transfer
You have the right to obtain your personal data from V-tron. V-tron will provide it in a structured and common form that can be easily accessed in other common digital systems. This will also allow you to transfer your data to another provider.
Withdraw consent
In all cases where the basis for a particular data processing is your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent. This has no consequences for the past, but does mean that we may then no longer process that data. V-tron may no longer be able to provide you with certain services as a result.
Reaction by V-tron
A request may be sent to backoffice@v-tron.eu. V-tron will comply with your request as soon as possible and in any event no later than one (1) month after V-tron receives such request. If V-tron rejects your request, we will indicate in our reply why the request is rejected.
Recipients of personal data
Data can be passed on to:
- Processors
- Parties involved in the execution or performance of an agreement between you and V-tron
- External advisors
V-tron may be obliged to disclose your data to a third party, for example due to a legal obligation.
Transfer to third countries or international organisations
For (e.g.) technical and operational reasons, it may be necessary that your (personal) data may be transferred to V-tron affiliates outside the European Economic Area. As privacy protection regulations there may not offer the same protection as within the European Economic Area, V-tron will use the EU Model Clauses to protect your privacy as much as possible. If this is not possible, V-tron will ask your consent to transfer your (personal) data to countries without an adequate level of protection. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
What are cookies and how does V-tron use them?
Cookies are small pieces of (text) information that are sent to your browser when you visit the V-tron website and are then stored on the hard disk or in the memory of your computer, tablet, mobile phone or other device (hereinafter “Device”). Cookies set through the V-tron website cannot damage your Device or the files stored on it. When we refer to “cookies”, we do not only mean these small pieces of (text) information, but also similar techniques by which information is collected, such as, for example, device fingerprinting.
Can this Privacy Statement be amended?
This Privacy Statement is subject to change. We therefore advise you to check the Privacy Statement regularly for any changes.
